The hotel's location is fantastic, with easy access to public transportation. It is very near Town Hall train station, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The towels provided are big and fluffy, and there is plenty of hanging space in the built-in robe.
The hotel lacks attention to detail in certain areas, such as the bathroom. There are no towel rails to hang used towels, and the bathroom windows have no curtains or blinds, which compromises privacy.

Although the room didn't have a coffee/tea making facility, the coffee machine in the hallway was a convenient alternative. The private entrance to the rooms added a sense of exclusivity. The large TV in the room was a nice touch as well.
Despite the minor inconvenience of not having a kettle and fridge in the room, the location was great, within walking distance to everything I needed.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Sydney. The location was amazing, with the train station very close by. It was so convenient to get around the city from here. Everything was within walking distance, and I loved exploring all that this city had to offer. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when our luggage got lost - they were really good too assist us. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities, including a TV, toiletries, and towels. I also appreciated having coffee and tea with a kettle in the bedroom. the best aspects were the convenient location, helpful staff, and clean room.
